Shipping policy

•       Where we deliver: UK mainland. 

•       Dispatch: Orders are packed and checked, then dispatched within [1–3] working days.

•       Delivery time: Usually [2–5] working days after dispatch. Larger items, such as wheelchairs, are sent by courier and may take slightly longer.

•       Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking details when your order ships.

•       On delivery: Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or incomplete, tell us within 48 hours at info@pegasusmobilityaidlimited.com with photos so we can put it right quickly.

•       Missed deliveries: If a delivery is missed, the courier will leave a card or arrange a second attempt. Contact us if you have any trouble.
